Mandy Salem-Aubry is an independent music business professional with thirty years of international experience. Through her company, MSA Music Services, she assists rightsholders in building effective publishing setups and advises music-tech startups on strategy, positioning, and international growth. Her clients have included renowned names such as Slipknot, Junkie XL, Todd Terry, Noisia, Soulfly, and Tori Amos. In addition to her publishing work, Mandy helps startups and professionals maximise their opportunities at industry events by guiding them on where to go, whom to meet, and how to effectively follow up, transforming connections into business outcomes. She also works with individuals to strengthen their professional networks, fostering authentic relationships that extend beyond a single event.
Mandy regularly moderates discussions at international conferences and serves as the Programme Coordinator for Athens Music Week, where she facilitates focused conversations that connect music, technology, and business.
